THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THANH NIEN NEWSPAPER BREAK OUR LAWS (fucking guy Nguyen Ngoc Toan/ and fucking bitch Dang Thi Phuong Thao) publish fake/untruth news online. In 2020, they paid 45 m VND fine (punished by police) for publishing fake news online. But these fucking guys and girl still violate laws.
