Why There are Negative Sides in Vietnam Education, in State Professor Council, And False Information In Online Vietnam Newspapers

Abstract

There are many black sides or negative aspects of Vietnam education including state Professor Council and esp. in publishing false/ untruth information of online Vietnam newspaper such as cases of Thanh nien newspaper (thanhnien.vn) and Tuoi tre newspaper (tuoitre.vn). For instance, high tuition and other fees at schools (including Banking university HCM city and others), money corruption, political or economic reasons, and influential model, or just simply, they can not publish many articles as their competitors (jealous), etc. Or in case of State Professor Council, fucking guy Tran Tho Dat and some other members of Council try to hinder, create obstacles for scientific activities.

Methodology: using observations, experience, synthesis analysis, historicalism methods to analyze bad behaviors of Vietnam education, State Professor Council and draws  some educational lessons for journalism students in Vietnam and other emerging markets.

There are several ways to control this bad situation and bad publishing of fake news, for example, alerts/warnings, administrative or civil law, or even criminal act law or public punishment, etc. Our purpose is to eliminate those such people (educators) who have not standards of Professor Council.

Tại sao có mặt tiêu cực trong giáo dục Việt Nam, trong Hội đồng giáo sư nhà nước, và xuất bản thông tin sai sự thật trên một số báo điện tử Việt Nam

Tóm tắt

Có nhiều mặt tiêu cực của giáo dục Việt Nam trong đó có Hội đồng Giáo sư nhà nước và đặc biệt. trong việc đăng tải thông tin sai sự thật, sai sự thật của báo điện tử Việt Nam như trường hợp báo Thanh niên (thanhnien.vn) và báo Tuổi trẻ (tuoitre.vn). Ví dụ, học phí cao và các khoản phí khác ở trường học (như ĐH Ngân hàng TPHCM và 1 số trường khác), tham nhũng tiền bạc, lý do chính trị hoặc kinh tế, và mô hình ảnh hưởng, hoặc chỉ đơn giản là, họ không thể xuất bản nhiều bài báo như đối thủ cạnh tranh của họ (ghen tị), v.v. Hoặc trong trường hợp Hội đồng Giáo sư Nhà nước, thằng Trần Thọ Đạt và một số thành viên khác trong Hội đồng ra sức cản trở, tạo trở ngại cho hoạt động khoa học.

Phương pháp luận: sử dụng phương pháp quan sát, kinh nghiệm, phân tích tổng hợp, chủ nghĩa lịch sử để phân tích những hành vi xấu của nền giáo dục Việt Nam, Hội đồng Giáo sư Nhà nước và rút ra một số bài học giáo dục cho sinh viên ngành báo chí ở Việt Nam và các nước đang phát triển khác.

Có một số cách để kiểm soát tình trạng tồi tệ này và việc xuất bản tin tức giả mạo xấu, ví dụ: cảnh báo, luật hành chính hoặc dân sự, thậm chí là luật hành động tội phạm hoặc trừng phạt công khai, v.v. Mục đích của chúng tôi là loại bỏ những người như vậy (các nhà giáo dục) không đạt tiêu chuẩn của Hội đồng Giáo sư.
